Maven build for Tibco BWCE 2.8.1 software -- 3

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with Maven build for Tibco BWCE 2.8.1 software. The current environment setup is for Local Development. I am not sure if I require any specific Maven plugins or dependencies, so I need some advice on this matter. Additionally, I am not certain if I have any customizations or integrations with other systems, so I would appreciate some guidance on this as well. The maven not able to recognize the extension bwear and not able to create the package.
