I need a simple application for my telegram Channel. I need the application to schedule my post and post them to my channels. I have a virtual server with amazon. The application should be able to post the files to the channel directly from the folder from the virtual AWS server at the scheduled time.

I can build a Windows program for you in C# which can do what you want. I would use the AWS SDK for .NET and a C# telegram wrapper to do this.
