The design should be cost-effective, utilizing minimal materials while maintaining an attractive and visually appealing aesthetic. The project is expected to be completed within one week. We are looking for the following considerations: 1. Window Dimensions: The windows should adhere to the following dimensions: • Bedrooms and living rooms: Height of 180-200 cm and width of 90 cm. • Bathrooms: Height of 180-200 cm and width of 50 cm. 2. Upper Floor Protrusion: The upper floors should protrude 1 meter from the ground floor. 3. Aesthetic Protrusion: Any additional aesthetic protrusion should not exceed 20 cm. 4. Upper Roof Parapet Height: The height of the upper roof parapet should not exceed 180 cm in any case. 5. Design Requirements: • The design should embody a modern and contemporary style. • Emphasize simplicity and clean lines. • Utilize cost-effective materials that are durable and require minimal maintenance. • Preferred colors include white, gray, charcoal, and black. • Incorporate natural light through well-designed window placements. • Provide at least three initial design ideas for review and selection.
