Need Writer/Editor to change genders/re-word erotic romance novellas from straight to gay

You will not have to edit the novella in any other way, for example for spelling or grammar, you'll simply be changing the story from a straight one to a gay one. This is a pretty straightforward (albeit boring) process, you read through and replace 'he' with 'she', [Male Name] with [Female Name] etc. You change female articles of clothing to male articles of clothing, etc. This requires attention to details and going through the novella multiple times. This isn't as easy as it sounds with erotica/romance, since there are sex scenes as well. So keep in mind when bidding that you will have to change explicit terms from female to male. The sex scenes are quite long so please only apply if you can handle that. You can delete up to 1,000 words per 25,000 (2,000 per 50k) word novella if they prove impossible to write, but no more. So everything will have to be made to work well, and it takes a natural writer and fast reader to be able to know intuitively how to make the changes and what works and what doesn't. I'm looking for someone for long term work - there are many to be completed. When you make your bid, make sure you're including the price PER 25K WORD NOVELLA AND PER 50K WORD NOVELLA. You will have to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement). Note accuracy needs to be 100% - that means you will have to go through it once, then read it again carefully, and then probably read it again a third time just to be sure.
