Aunque la carne de avestruz es mucho más saludable por presentar solo 114 calorías en comparación con las demás carnes rojas, el crecimiento de las granjas de cría han disminuido pues algunos expertos creen que no se brindo la información necesaria para los inversionistas y los verdaderos ganadores se considera que son los vendedores de la genética. I'm coming from a farming background and have farm business too. I help different institutions in market strategy, allocation of funds etc. If we are in one business we should explore all possible ways to market it and we should be able to more concentrate on processing and product diversification.
