Project title: Sugar spell I need a design of a small kids activities center in Hackney wick, London. Simple yet creative in the way natural lighting is emitted. Sustainable. Colorful exterior. (possibly Brick, painted) Total area should include: around 3000m² (not including parking) 1) Restaurant 2) Gift/ toy shop 3) Candy store (main element) 4) Lounge waiting area for parents (preferably on the top floor away from noise) 5) Activities area / field -small half Football court 7 a-side 30m x 20m (600m²) 6) Range of Large and small Class rooms (art, music, yoga, cooking class..)(majority space) 7) Small Parking space Other essentials Bathrooms Back of house/ storage spaces in kitchen, lounge etc… Kitchen for lounge and restaurant Fire exists Elevator (wheelchair users) Connection and access between main 4 areas activities/classes => restaurant= >candy shop/store=>park/green area 10 Tasks (please send files on autocad 2019 , illustrator 2018, sketchup 2017) no pdfs unless sketchup rendered images of 3d max) 1) Site floor plan design of each floor (labeling each area with sizes) (in site /context) (autocad 2019) 2) 2 Sections in context showing canal and street view 3) 3 Elevations in context showing canal and street view + materiality 4) Exploded diagram showing construction detail / structural strategy and materials 5) Exploded diagram show circulation regular access- fire escape- wheelchair access 6) Program diagram (color coded areas) 7) Heating, cooling + ventilation strategies summer and winter including power and heat sources 8) Outline greenhouse gas emission reducing sustainability strategy passive and active (sections) 9) 3d model in site to scale (sketchup 2017) + lazer cutting files to print for a model 10)Images, collages, renders of interior activities and exterior (with people) sketches and 3dmax What I already have Plan of site (illustrator and autocad) Map of site boundries Shape of building Laser cutting file of site but not the design and surrounding buildings
