Dear Buyer, I have been working with Autotask as a past MSP since version 1.0. I know their AES (RMM) tool very well and I am very well versed in ITIL, which Autotask is based on. Relevant Skills and Experience Auotask Admin for 5 years. Proposed Milestones $250 USD - I would need an admin account. I don't want you to have to purchase a new license, so let's discuss.
