Requirements: - The plan should focus on the structural aspects of the project, ensuring the safety and stability of the building. - The construction RACI should cover the design and build a multi-story building hangar including utilities, HVAC etc - The plan should adhere to all relevant building codes and regulations. Specifications: - While I do not have specific requirements or specifications, I have a general idea of what I need. I am open to suggestions and recommendations from the engineer. - The construction plan only needs RACI including Design, Construction and HSE steps at this stage Ideal Skills and Experience: - An experienced structural engineer with a proven track record in designing construction plans for medium-sized projects. - Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations. - Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate and address potential construction challenges.
