Yahoo Style instant Messenger clone needed

Yahoo Style IM with audio / video and skype, also integration of newsletter style popups/alerts of info from our website.... for example consisting of news, events, classifieds, new listings.. this application may be based on linux, MS Windows , .NET, C++, Visual basic, ajax or php, [login to view URL], we have the source code of an IM style APP the last company started but we too lazy to complete, never completed.... or use one you have already developed in-house and can easily integrate into our current system, we are very open to any new technology or ideas as long as the end result is consistent with our specs and is scalable to thousands of users ..
