Active X issue with Flash using IE

OK I hate IE and don't even use it but over half the world does. I have about 6 sites that have flash and need to be fixed for IE. Once you show me that you can fix it then I will escrow the money and give you all the sites to fix. After you send me all the files, I will release the money.
