Create iOS Developer account as a company in the USA

I need someone to register a iOS developer account as a company NOT an individual. We want the company name and the seller name of the apps to be "Target Apps" but we are not in the USA so we need someone in the USA. You now need A D-U-N-S® Number assigned to a legal entity.
