Convert Arduino C code to Espress-IDF v3.0

I need someone to convert the driver code to communicate over chip ATM90E36 that's written in Arduino C to Espress-IDF ANSI C (we're using ESP32 MC). The code doesn't need to follow best practices for the mentioned framework, it just needs to work and then I will adapt and make corrections to follow our standard.
