Hello I can help you with your design project , but. I need more information about your project like deadline and other things. I can design schematic on Eagle software and programming PIC on CCS C. I can use some components to read the AC 127 volt using 1 ADC port on PIC. For current measure , I can connect the ACS712 to 1 ADC port on PIC, both case using OPAM for coupling impedances.
