create XML file

Hi I need small software that get list of files that store in the folder and create XML file for each file . the software have two parts : 1- setting interface 2- main interface Setting interface have this fields : path ( directory path for list files and create XML for them ) Main interface has one button , when user click on it get list of the files that store in path that we select in Setting interface . ------- The XML tags are static and just value of tags is different <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?> - <video> <title>Video Filename</title> <description>(Nothing)</description> <folder>(Nothing)</folder> <filename>[login to view URL]</filename> </video>
