Hi, I have great experience in C# (.NET framework), C/C++ (Windows API) programming and system software development for Windows. I can develop a Windows application in C#, that can monitor when the microsoft edge browser (or any other application) starts and detect when a new window is created inside it. Since we are trying to monitor msedge, a normal Windows application can very well monitor such a process creation efficiently. If a new Window, is created by msedge this can be detected, but in order to detect tab creation, I need to do further research. If you want, we can get the title of the window as well. The userland application can run hidden just like a service and perform all tasks safely. It can also log the required activities of MS Edge, and display notifications. The application can run in the system tray or completely hidden. A service application has limitations when interacting with the user.
