Machine schematics to be modified in EPLAN Compact resp. EPLAN P8

Due to high workload we would like to outsource the complete schematic design in EPLAN on a long term basis. I am looking for someone to - develop electrical and pneumatic schematic for each machine order in EPLAN P8/ Compact (latest version); - create bill of material (BOM) for the electrical and pneumatic aspect of machine, in accordance with the production order; - select appropriate components (controller, spindles and drives, servo motors and drives as well as all other electrical and pneumatic accessories to be used in the machine) in accordance with the production order; We have a large portfolio of ready schematics from our previous machines that will be used as reference for new machine orders and need to be updated or modified. You will not do a complete new schematic from scratch! Changes in schematics & BOMs may occur due to selection of CNC motion controller, changed or updated components to be used, different number of motion control axis or spindles, additional machine options etc. Required Freelancer profile: - Sound knowledge in EPLAN P8 or Compact; - You have EPLAN P8 or Compact and can deliver an ePlan CAD design that is compatible with Eplan Compact (latest version) since this is the license that we use; - Experience in CNC controls (Siemens 840Dsl or 808D Advanced, Fanuc 0i, CodeSys-based), PLC and motion control is preferred but not mandatory; - Minimum three years of experience with similar projects; - Since you will be working with our team you should be fluent in oral and written English for communication via video conference with screen sharing in order to discuss the projects; - We are looking for a long term relationship with one freelancer to grow with. If this is of interest, please provided an hourly rate for this type of projects, inform on your availability and submit a sample of two electrical designs in EPLAN that showcase your work. We will provide a sample schematic with required changes to selected freelancers for further discussions.
