I want singing and earn money

My project is for people who have a singing talent to showcase it and if viewers like there singing the they pay them the price can start off low but it would be as if they were being paid for there talent mostly like a gig because i understand that not everyone can get a job and what better way to earn money then doing it with your talent and maybe if this progresess then other people can showcase their talents as well such as art and interperetive dance and ballet.
