Marketing junior - Permanent

I'm looking for someone who is keen to learn about Internet marketing, new and ground breaking strategies to help market my websites. I have a couple of Twitter apps, and a site that is a sales page for my book. What I need: - Junior Internet Marketer? - Long term commitment? - Get paid monthly / weekly (salary) - Willing to learn What I don't need: - Internet marketing firm - Professional internet marketers?
