I want to interface a low cost, 4 pin I2C graphics display, 128 x 64 ([login to view URL]) or higher and 6 push make buttons to Raspberry PI 3. I want to be able to display different size text and small graphic symbols, as depicted in the above link. I need to be able to optionally clear the screen and to update parts of the screen without loosing what is already being displayed from the console as the PI will not have any GUI interface. The push make buttons will be used to perform specified actions / run scripts. I want to be able to define the GPIO pins as inputs / outputs in a configuration file and the program to monitor specified GPIO pins. The pin monitoring should be interrupt driven and NOT through software looping. When a particular button is pressed, I want the system to run specified scripts / programs or update the display (show / hide text / symbols) - as defined in the configuration file. If no buttons have been pressed for a period, specified in the configuration file (say 10 mins) then I want the display to sleep (go blank) and wake up (resume previous display) when a button is pressed. The program should be written in C / C++. All generic responses will be ignored. Please read the requirements carefully and quote ref BK231 in your bid.
