simple C# bot

I would like a simple C# bot that can analyze a text file and fill in an Excel file according to ten identical conditions: each condition involves starting with a specific string and ending with another. Below is a brief overview of the bot's functionality: Read Text File: Open and read the content of the text file, processing each paragraph. Initialize Excel File: Create or open an Excel file to store the results. Process Conditions: For each paragraph in the text file: Check if the paragraph satisfies the specified condition (start with a string, end with another string). If true: Create a new row in the Excel file. Populate the first column with the result of the current condition. Find the next paragraph that satisfies the next condition and populate the subsequent columns accordingly (Conditions 2 to 10). If it meets a paragraph that satisfies the first condition: Stop inputting data on that row and move to the next row. Put the new paragraph that satisfies the first condition in the first column. Find and populate columns 2 to 10 with the results of Conditions 2 to 10 for the new paragraph. This revision clarifies that all conditions are the same (starting with a string and ending with another string) and emphasizes the sequential processing of paragraphs based on these conditions, along with how the bot handles transitions between paragraphs that satisfy the first condition.
