Qt Simulate and Detect Mouse and Keyboard Events on any window

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a Qt application that can simulate and detect mouse and keyboard events on any window (including non Qt Application windows) for macOS and Windows Specifically, I need the application to be able to simulate and detect at least these mouse and key press and releases. Left Mouse Press (without positional data) Left Mouse Release (without positional data) Right Mouse Press (without positional data) Right Mouse Release (without positional data) Shift Press Shift Release Control Press Control Release Option/Alt Press Option/Alt Release Command Press Command Release The application should be able to work all windows on the system including non Qt Applications.
