This role is for a "Rep". It's limited access to just the users of his/ her work group only. Every person is part of a work group which is established during the registration process via custom Profile Field. For example, John work for Yahoo and selects Yahoo from a custom field with all my affiliated workplaces. The main Admin assigns John to the role of Rep. Since his work place is Yahoo. He can see only customers from Yahoo. He see their orders and edit customer's info from Yahoo only. That's all his role see and can do.
