Customizing the landing page of a Url shortener website

Dear freelancers, I would like to customize some features of the URL shortener website, which is working. Background: I have a URL shortener site, and the landing page just shows "please wait before you are directed to [login to view URL]". Now, I would like to show advertisements by adding some more features to the site as the following: 1. In the landing page, there is no place to insert ads => I would like to be able to turn on/off these ad spaces in the admin account, with the rules as below: 1.1. There will be a place where I can insert advertisement codes in the header/footer/body for further use (Google tags, ads code…). There should be pre-defined “placeholders” with different sizes and positions for ads (AdLinkFly has this function - see it at the bottom) 1.2. Ability to choose to run ads only in some geography based on the user's IP There is also a “tick box” for the admin to choose: apply 1.3 in with or without 1.2. In other words, apply 1.3 - show ads only in the selected countries with preset time frames; or apply 1.3 - show ads in all regions, all the time. 2. Allowing admin to change texts shown on the landing page 3. Allowing admin to change texts on the homepage 4. The current front page (landing page) is not mobile-friendly, so, everything developed here needs to be mobile-friendly too. 5. The users who have visited some specific pages (set by admin) will not see ads even if they match the condition above. Effective time is up to the max capability. I found many customized options in there, and some of them are similar and helpful for you. Hope you can utilize several similar features in that source code to apply them to my working site.
