We are looking for someone who can do the work of taking a clients MYOB, Quickbooks file and transferring that data electronically into APS software, (XPA ledger) and run depreciation, enter journals for interest and other adjusting entries. Ideally someone who could also prepare a company and / or trust tax return. You must understand Australian tax to do this job.

In this role I have had to settle and balance the day's trading accounts over a variety of financial instruments, including government bonds and share market trades. All ledgers must be balanced by the end of the each day, which requires attention to detail under the pressure of tight deadlines. I work unsupervised but within a team environment. Based on your RFP description, it seem that your client wants to transfer their existing data from MYOB or Quickbooks and prepare a trust company tax return. I have some background on taxation calculation and a qualified accountant. My job requires me to prepare a full company account and proposed a tax calculation for submission to Inland Revenue. I know how important is for the assignment to finish on time since failure to submit to Inland Revenue before the deadline will result in severe penalty for late submission.
