Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data

I need to convert a Word document containing a list of awards to an excel spreadsheet, with each line of each award in it's own row and column. I've done the first 3 to demonstrate what I mean. I'll add in an additionally $20.00 if this can be finished within 12 hours. There are 395 awards, each with 3 lines, that I need converted to excel. That's all.
