Product data and images from website onto spreadsheet

We sell products such as clothing, work wear etc which we buy from our suppliers website. The supplier allows us to use the images and wording from the website for use on Ebay and Amazon. We would like someone to work with us long term to input the data from the website into spread sheet format (excel) which we then upload into ebay and amazon. For instance a Gildan Heavy t shirt comes in size small, medium, large etc and colours red, white, black etc. We would need a row for every variation as well as other column information Gildan Heavy Red Large Gildan Heavy Red Med Gildan Heavy Red Small etc The images will need to be uploading from the website onto our server and the url put in the relevant field on the spreadsheet. There are 100s of products that need to go on a spreadsheet with some products having lots of variations. Some products only have 1 or 2 variations. so dont think all are as complicated as the one in the spreadsheet. I have attached an example of one of the complex ones. Most dont have as many variations as this. This will be an ongoing project and we have other websites to do after this one. The website is [login to view URL] and we would like all products entering onto spreadsheet with relevant images. We would like a spreadsheet update every 20 products or so. (we will need a few initial ones to make sure every thing is OK) Excel users with macro experience will be able to speed up this process Im sure. If there is a easier and better way to get this information please let us know. It is very important that the information is accurate. Please only bid if you have the time and resources to be able to do this project long term and give it 100%. We always have other jobs that we can give the project winner. I will send more detailed information through message system on GAF. nb On the spreadsheet dont worry about some of the columns, you wont need to amend those. I have coloured the relevant columns in red that you will need to update.
