Gather video card information from forums and/or blogs - repost

This project started out a lot more complicated but I've decided to re-post this for simplicity and speed. For the time being I'm only interested in a few AMD video cards from their 7xxx series; 7950's and 7850's. There are only a few things I need; Hash rate, Power consumption of the card, specific Model of the card, efficiency rating of the power supply preferably the specific model, and the forum users name who you found the information from or link to blog article etc. Hash rate - I'm interested in Litecoin which is Scrypt, NOT Bitcoin which is SHA-256. Power consumption - Should be determined using a Kill-A-Watt meter measuring the whole system power with the card in question and without the card. Power supply - minimum the 80+ rating such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc. preferably the specific model. Specific video card model - example: SAPPHIRE 100352-3L Radeon HD 7950. Forum user name etc. - I need to be able to get in contact with the person claiming these results for more information if their results are the best. If the information isn't from a forum user but instead from a blog article etc, provide the link and preferably an email or something to contact them with. Ultimately I'm looking for the best hash rate per watt value. If you want an idea of this value for a card you are looking up divide the hash rate by the power consumption. First you must figure out the power consumption before the power supply. To get a rough estimate take the power consumption of the card and multiple it by the efficiency of the power supply based on the load on the power supply. Example: 1200w Gold PSU measured 1000w with the video card and 800w without the card so 200w for the card. 1000w is close to 100% load and Gold rating is 87% efficient at 100% load so figure 88% efficiency. 200 * .88 = 176w. Supposed that card did 650 khs (kilo hashes per second) at that power consumption that gives 650/176 = ~3.69 khs/w. Un-verifiable claims are not valuable, if the claims are for a high khs/w value then try to verify by getting contact information otherwise don't waste your time. The goal is to determine the best performing cards, not catalog every known possibility. Top hash rates for the 7950 is between 640-700+ with most topping out between 640-670. Top hash rates for 7850's are between 380-410+ with most falling between 360-400. 7950's can use anywhere from 180-250 watts and 7850's between 100-140 watts.
