convert a catalog into a ebay file exchange csv file

I'm looking for someone who knows how to write a CSV file that will upload to my ebay store. I have online catalogs I would like to upload to ebay, but don't have the time or skill set with the computer to do this. I'm hoping someone can take right from the online catalog and simply input into the correct format ebay wants to mass upload listings using there file exchange.
