Research & produce list of 100 event suppliers - bartenders, cocktail bartenders, mixologists & bar staff

I am looking for a freelancer to research and produce a list of event bar staff, bartenders, cocktail bartenders, mixologists, mobile bar suppliers. These are for a website which makes it easy for event organisers to find event suppliers to help them put on their event (which could be quite a small party, through to a huge concert). Industry of interest is event bar staff, bartenders, cocktail bartenders, mixologists, mobile bar suppliers. Ie. google "event bartenders melbourne" to get a list of people whom can help as a bartender at events in melbourne. The list can also include staff related to bars at events - ie. waiters, mixologists, bartenders, mobile bars, cocktail caterers, etc. What i'm after specifically, is a list of roughly 10-15 suppliers/companies for the major city in each state in Australia (Victoria (Melbourne), New South Wales (Sydney), Tasmania (Hobart), Queensland (Brisbane / Gold Coast / Cairns), Australian Capital Territory (ACT) (Canberra), Northern Territory (Darwin / Alice Springs), South Australia (Adelaide), Western Australia (Perth / Broome)). Ie. 10-15 suppliers for Victoria, 10-15 suppliers for Queensland, etc. For each supplier, i'd like to know; * State (ie. Victoria / New South Wales / etc) * Name of company * Main Website (ie. [login to view URL], or facebook page if they don't have a proper website) * Main phone number, including an area code - ie. 03 9800 1111 * Areas they service - Ie. Melbourne, or Melbourne & across Victoria, or Melbourne, Victoria & Australia wide, or Melbourne & Ballarat (another city in Victoria), etc. If a company services multiple states, they should be listed against the state where their head office is / their main base is. * Contact name for supplier (if possible) * Position (if possible) * Email (if possible) A google sheet will be shared with the successful person with those headings, and will need to be completed. The list should include at least 100 suppliers (there won't be as many suppliers in ACT and Tasmania, due to their smaller sizes). Only one entry per company should be included in the spreadsheet - they should be listed against the state where they're based/where their head office is/where they do the most work if they work in multiple states. Don't include suppliers who obviously don't include services for events/markets/etc as part of their services - ie. a company whom just supplies staff to nightclubs/actual "regular" bars (outside an event context). Ideal skills and experience for this job include: - Strong research skills - Basic knowledge of the event industries - Attention to detail in gathering and organizing information - Ability to meet deadlines and deliver a high-quality list of event suppliers.
