Copy forum posts to my blog, then post on forums for blog

This is a very simple project that involves a handful of very specific large forums. The task is as such: You will find new posts on these forums, copy the post in these forums, start a new blog post on my blog and paste all this information to exactly copy the forum post. Title, bodies, images, it's just copy and paste. Once you have duplicated this post onto my blog you will go to the other forums and start a new post in the respective category. You will repost this same information exception the external links will lead back to my blog. I'm looking for preferably someone who has a staff of people to ensure quality work. I would rather spend the extra money to ensure the job is done correctly rather than weigh it all on one person who may do sloppy work.
