1k USA ip's Youtube accounts created with Hotmail e-mail?

These are my specifications: 1. Each account must be created with its own USA ip/proxy. This means no ip/proxy used twice. 1000 accounts with 1000 different ip/proxies. 2. Youtube Accounts must be created with hotmail or Yahoo . Please, do not use G-mail. 3. Do not use same password for all accounts, at least change password every 5 accounts. 4. Please send me some sample accounts so that I can verify the work. 5. *******All these accounts must be brand new fresh accounts.
