Heroku Deployment Help

I have developed a version 2 of my Django project. I added Django-Filters to allow the user to filter out the list (I know you know what a filter does....sorry). Well, BEFORE the filters, the site worked perfection on DJango. 2. After the filters, the site works perfectly on my local host. No problems at all. 3. I pushed it and it deployed/built successfully. 4. But, I can't migrate it, nor can I see the pages. It says django_filters not found on the error screen on the site page, as well as in the migration error when I try to migrate. I've read a thousand articles and followed a million step-by-steps. I even re-installed Python and all of the dependencies...nothing. I cannot find the problem. HELP!! :)
