good day, give me a chance and you l find the best service at the least cost. i m an electrical engineer, just graduated, my SDP/FYP involved power electronics, dc converters, motor drives and high amperage battery charging. to begin with, u need to modify the design, we cannot have power grounds and controller grounds common, there need to be optical isolation in between. omit relays. we can use mosfets, triacs (if u require bidirectional), scrs or thyristors. all will necessarily require gate driving and optical isolation. please update so that i can provide you with the schematics. i can provide them in proteus, altium, diptrace etc. looking forward. thanks
