Dump memory from Samsung Galaxy S II i9100 memory chip

I do have a faulty motherboard of Samsung Galaxy S II i9100. It may be failure of the motherboard, or a part of a memory chip. I'm looking for a skilled person who can dump a memory (16GB) from the phone. Soldering memory chip may be required. I do deliver the motherboard (shipping via mail), in return I do expect 16gb of memory dump (or any amount of data that would be recoverable) The motherboard is not important to me after the process. We can talk about the price.
