Setup Calendar Invite from Training Portal

We have a training portal where mentors conduct 1x1 training sessions for students. One mentor mapped to one student. For this, we send a calendar invite to both parties. Students and mentors can have their email addresses hosted with any service provider like Yahoo, Outlook, Gmail, or some other provider. This needs to be integrated with our current training portal.
