Generate interest in my business via email from a list I will provide - no bulk sending -- 3

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING! I will provide you a list of auto dealerships including names and email addresses. I will provide the sending email. I will not provide access to my mail server therefore you will need to be able to send the email on my behalf through your own mail server using the email address I provide. The list is approxamelty 20,000-25,000 emails. Each email is to be sent invidually (no blast emails, no bcc). I will provide the content to send out, it will be the same for each email therefore you just copy and paste. I may change the content from time to time but will advise ahead of time. You will need to send about 100-200 emails each day probably 5-7days per week. This will be an ongoing project provided it is successful and traction is generated. I would like to start early January 2020. Payment will be hourly on a bi-weekly basis. I will not be paying ahead of time. I will only respond to people who answer the following questions: Have you done this before? If so please provide information on similar projects you have done. All communication is to be done in English, please confirm you are comfortable communicating using English. do you have an outgoing mail server to utilize? What is your hourly estimate to send 100 emails? what is 7 x7 ( I want to make sure you read all the project details)
