I would like to hire an Engineer

Hi I require an electrician or hardware engineer to build me a relativity simple module. It is in essence a IR blaster that has the ability to learn several commands and can send the commands out at preset times. Dials or buttons with or without a digital display would be used to adjust the timer function. This device should be kept simple and small and should have the ability to be run off replaceable batteries and or an Australian power cord. A removable IR extender would be ideal. Production cost should ideally be kept down. Even 1 unit will suffice initially. If I am happy with the prototype ongoing work will be offered.
