French + English-speaking executive assistant needed on long-term basis

I am helping a colleague who runs a women's magazine to hire for an executive assistant position. Here is what they need: "We just moved to Lyon, France but do not speak French (only English). We need someone who speaks and writes fluently in both French and English to help with online research, phone calls, and helping us to organize our life in France (like planning travel, making purchases, etc.). It will be two hours of work a day. That said, we're easy-going and flexible. This is an ongoing, long-term job. Thanks!" We are looking for candidates who's rates are between $3 and $5/hour. Note: You will need to have a French phone number and be able to make phone calls to numbers in France.
