Hello everyone, I am currently seeking help from an Estonian to help me in finding my time of birth. I was born in Estonia in 1988 (URSS), but no longer live there and do not speak the language. I have the URSS birth certificate, but there is no time of birth on it. So I am looking for someone who could contact the hospital on my behalf to obtain some information about how I can obtain my time of birth. The information on my birth certificate booklet is written by hand in Russian (which I will translate for you if needed as I speak Russian, not very fluently, but i can somewhat read it) Thanks a lot!
