I deployed IP PBX Call Center Solution and Managed a 30 Agent Call Center from my days as an IT Staff of a Call Center Company so I have experience of Call Center. I have internet and telephone access and communicate very well in written and spoken English. I also have experience as a Customer Support working in an Oil & Gas Company supporting on-shore and offshore staff remotely. I would like to take up the job.
