Analysis Automated Report for Hotel Expenses

as mentioned in the title, I need someone's help to create at least 10 sheets in excel that demonstrates different analysis summary and highlights for the data expenses file of the hotel (attached). Preferly if the analysis are demonstrated in PowerPoint or other automated reports or slides and linked to excel or access to be updated once the raw data file is updated. This has to be done by an expert, I need 360 view of the expenses and to be used for identifying problems and decision making. I dont need basic skills or analysis, I can do that myself.
