Customisable spreadsheet to explain costs of purchasing a property

Hi Freelancer, I am an Australian based mortgage broker and I am seeking the expertise of an excel wizard. I am hoping to build a customisable spreadsheet to show my customers the estimated costs of purchasing a property in Australia. I have already built a number of these spreadsheets, that will form the foundation of your work, but I want to consolidate these into 1 customisable spreadsheet that the customer can input their unique numbers to give them a customised result. I envision this spreadsheet to have 2 tabs, tab 1 will be the landing page which will be branded to match my business and tab 2 will have the data. Tab 1 will include a “how to guide” on how to input their numbers on tab 2. Tab 1 will also include a “call to action” button that will link to my Calendly app where they can book a follow up appointment Tab 2 will include customisable data ranges like the below - Owner occupied or investment purchase? Depending on what they tick here will determine the maximum they can borrow and the proposed interest rate used to calculate the repayment - Are you a first home buyer? - Which state are they purchasing in - Range of purchase prices, e.g. $1m to $1.5m - Size of their deposit - Do they want to cap the loan amount at 80% - yes or no. Borrowing over 80% incurs an additional bank charged fee called “LMI” which I can explain over a call/zoom - Repayment type – P&I or interest only (IO) - Repayment frequency – Monthly, Fortnightly or weekly I have attached example spreadsheets to give you an idea of what I am looking for. These examples do not include any tick boxes or drop downs to allow for the customer to customise, I manually update these based off each individual customer. This job is not urgent but I would like something ready by the next 2 weeks. I want to pay by the hour to ensure we can make many amendments and tweaks to ensure it is perfect. I am not looking for a quick or rushed job.
