Excel formatting of file

I want to do the following with worksheet “ID top [login to view URL]”: 1. Move cell A3 to B4, A5 to B6, etc to bottom of worksheet. 2. After performing (1), delete empty rows 3, 5, 7, etc. 3. In column A, leave only the ‘codes’, so change “[HS1992 code 03]” to “03, then change “[HS1992 code 0302]” to 0302, etc to bottom of worksheet. 4. Put into separate spreadsheets the rows with 2-digits in Column A. In another spreadsheet put the rows with 4-digits in Column A. In another spreadsheet put the rows with 6-digits in Column A.
