Requirement: I am in need of Excel Vba and Userforms help. It is for a small sales project to analyse the sales of the team and of the individual. 1. When an agent completes a sale he/she would have to fill a user form by clicking on “Add User” button in their Individual sheet and the data should be stored in the “Master Sheet”. There would be multiple agent so all data filled by each agent should be stored in the Master sheet the individual data of each person should be displayed in their respective Individual sheet. 2. Once in the master sheet a new data is entered then the new data should be reflecting in the Supervisor sheet, through which the supervisor will assign a field agent to meet the customer in person and deliver the product and receive the payment. 3. If a particular Field Agents name is selected then he/she should get their list populated with the complete information. The Field Agent after meeting the customer in person will select the response of the customer in a drop down list and will add some description to it. Further a fields like “Distance Travelled”, “In case the order is postponed then was it because of the customer or because the agent did not have time to meet the customer?”, further if it was the agent who postponed then was that informed to the customer and got approval for a new appointment?? Add new appointment time and place for delivery. 4. Further the Field Agent will update the cash collected from the customer and the Petrol Allowance spent for this customer. 5. After Successful Delivery updated by the field agent then it should be populated in the “Backend Agent Sheet”, where the status of the customer’s account activation will be updated. 6. If the customer’s status shows successful delivery and if the status is not been changed to “Activated” or “Cancelled with reason in another drop down” for more than 24 hrs then a notification should be made available in the Backend Agent Sheet. 7. Once the account is activated then within a particular number of days the monthly subscription charges for that particular customer will be manually updated by the “Backend Agent in his/her Sheet”. The Last date for the payment will also be updated so we need 3 notifications in the backend agent sheet once 50% time gets completed after generation of charges, again at 90% and after 100%. If the customer has accepted to make the payment then is it through online or direct by the customer to the office or the customer needs a pickup agent. If the Backend Agent selects the option that customer needs a Pickup agent then the details of the customer should be populated in the “Supervisor Sheet” and he will again assign field agent and field agent will update the reason for not been delivered or whether it was delivered. 8. This monthly subscription follow-up should be for unlimited time period but we will be effectively using it for 4 months. 9. All details should be populated in the master sheet, dashboard displaying charts for the overall customers who have paid their first month bill when compared with the total sales and cases similar to that. Along with the target provided to the whole team and the current target achieved charts. Number of customer acquired by each agent and what monthly subscription plan they have opted for should be displayed. Overall customers and the number of customers in each plan should be updated. 10. In the same performance dashboard, the number of customers who have been attended by the field agent and the cash collected vs petrol allowance spent should be mentioned. 11. Chart displaying the number of customers whose account were not activated after successful delivery should be displayed and a pie chart with specific reason should be mentioned. There might be a few more pivots or filters created to analyze the data and that will be done by us. 12. Once data is entered by the users in their respective user forms then they will not have the privilege to edit the same. If they need the data to be edited then admin should have the access to the “Protected Master Sheet” only the admin should be able to make the necessary changes. Note: Every sheet of the individual requires a login and password mentioned in the master sheet, login and logout time and date to be logged in the master sheet as well. Since the field agent will be in travel, is it possible using any datasource to connect the excel with the MYSQL in PHPMYADMIN in my websites cpanel and pass the information and collect the input from the field agent through a web login???
