Expert Wordpress Coder Needed for Plug-In Customisation

We are looking for a PHP developer who is comfortable with customising plug-ins to meet our requirements. We know how to design sites, build sites in WP and maintain them - but we struggle with plug-in customisation - that's where you'd come in. If you are an expert coder in PHP / JS / AJAX and Wordpress then get in touch with your hourly rate. If however you're just somebody who carves out basic websites from pre-existing themes and that's the limit of your WP knowledge you need not get in touch (sorry to be blunt - I have those people coming out of my ears).
