Do you need me to come in person? I need to see the photos before I can make a judgement. If the IETLS record isn't a straight-on government-style photo it's going to be difficult. Also, most of the free databases are from US Universities, aka mostly white some black or East Asian faces. I might have trouble finding a database with enough faces of certain ethnicities to give a good balance. As for costs around 500 AUD - you have a really short turnaround so I'd have to put a lot of other things on hold. I'll try to leave myself logged in so you can get back to me as soon as posssible - as long as I can get a fair database and the IETLS photo is straight on, then it shouldn't be too difficult.

Thank you for notifying me about this project. Feb 27th has been passed, but I can help you through this project whenever you want. Just give me one week and I'll do that. All that I need is initial image from test takers and passport size photo (related to each test taker). Quality of the photos is important and all the details of the face should be observable, plus no glasses are allowed. I code the program in MATLAB programming language and I hope you do not have a problem with that. It is very simple to use and I'll code in Graphical User Interface (GUI) so anybody can work with the program without any necessary experiment. Machine learning methods and image to image registration approaches are both common in this situation, but I'll use image to image registration approach which is faster and more accurate than ML methods in this case. 1. The first step is to extract features which are necessary for image registration using data mining methods, (1 day, 50$). 2. The second step is to stablish the code of a statistical image to image registration method, (3 days, 300$). 3. Since this is a statistical approach, I'm gonna need at least 50 photos from different clients to analyse and make sure of the method's results and fix any probable errors, (2 days, 100$). 4.
