Flash Animated Adverts - repost

We are a digital out of home place based advertising company affiliated with one of the top five largest companies in NZ. We require an astute candidate to produce advertisements on a regular basis for us using Flash animation software. The candidate should possess exceptional creative design flair, attention to detail and the ability to weave his/her skills into the advert design to make it engaging. The advertisements should be elegant, high quality, attention demanding and impressive. Your work will be viewed by hundreds of thousands of people everyday as it will feature on the screens in an outdoor environment. You will be provided with details and all the guidelines. Initially this contract would be for four months and then if the relation remains resonant then it will be extended for a longer term. On an average you can expect about two adverts a week. The payment would be made on the basis of the number of adverts. If you have a full time job then you dont have to leave your full time job for this engagement but you can do it in your extra time inconsideration with the strict dead lines. The payments will be made at the end of the month based upon the number of advertisements designed or we can agree on a set monthly payment regardless of the number of adverts per month.
