I am looking for a flash banner maker where we can let our users add cool text effects to a background image- very similar to a lot of the myspace glitter image makers only I want different effects. so you would be able to choose a base image - usually jpg and then type your text 1 and text 2 and text 3 and then assign effects to each of the texts and then place them over the image and either export as swf or jpg please pm me for discussion if you have worked with me in the past all the better!
