Flash Game Animator

I need an animator to create game animations, ie walking cycles, running, jumping, shooting, punching, etc. I also need backgrounds. If you have done any animations before please send me an example, I need some reference to your previous animation work, if you don't have any create a small demo, maybe a guy walking.
