190084 Install PPV Chat

Hi, I got this script some time back and I have just gotten around to being able to install it. The problem is that the registration emails are not being sent out for the users to activate the their account. I think this could be a php5 issue but I am not sure. If you are positive you know what your doing and can install this and make sure that everything works please bid. I will also need copies of any files you may have to change coding in. I need this done asap.
